American Greetings Headquarter

Located at the southern end of Crocker Park, the new American Greetings headquarters houses its 800 employees. The five-story steel building has a connecting pedestrian bridge, executive spaces, retail spaces, and an interior courtyard. The new headquarters has room for growth as American Greetings continues to be a powerhouse in the greeting card industry.
